MUTEK MX & Tonal present: LUCRECIA DALT Live

As part of the annual network of collaborations and dialogues with various cultural spaces in Mexico City, we present MUTEK MX x TONAL. A sonic encounter where proximity is not a limitation of scale, but rather a possibility for resonance and connection between the bodies present.

An intimate listening session led by Lucrecia Dalt, one of the most unique creators of contemporary experimental music, with a proposal that encompasses electronic music, writing, and sound design in pieces of profound sensory richness. The project expands with the special collaboration between Concepción Huerta and Alondra Máynez, two Mexican artists whose research broadens the field of electronic music. The encounter between these three creators gives rise to a unique convergence of perspectives that experiment with, transform, and bring the musical realm closer together.

Beyond responding to a specific theme, the session creates a setting where the space itself guides a deeper, more intimate listening experience, inviting sound to penetrate, transform, and move us. A ritualistic evening where the space itself creates an intimate atmosphere, inviting exploration of the worlds imagined by these three artists.

The event has been conceived on an intimate scale, seeking to bridge the distance and foster connection and interaction, not only between the audience and the artists, but also among all those involved in the listening experience.
