What can I expect from MUTEK MX?

You can expect the unexpected at MUTEK MX. It's several days full of exciting activities to explore the most innovative aspects of digital art and multimedia creativity.

Since 2003, MUTEK MX has presented immersive experiences, futuristic music, cutting-edge audiovisuals and artists who are setting the pace with technological means in Mexico and around the world, with a proposal that has made it the most important innovation festival in Latin America.

What is the location of the event?

MUTEK MX is a multi-format experience that takes place every year in different venues in emblematic spaces in Mexico City. Check out each of the locations in our Program section.

How much is the ticket?

Ticket prices vary depending on the type of ticket and the number of events included. Check out our box office at the button.

IMPORTANT: prices do not include charges.

Tickets

What is the official ticket office of the event?

Official tickets for MUTEK can only be purchased through Fever.

Fever does not have a physical box office.

If tickets are still available, they will be sold at the venues' box offices on the days of the events.

What is the difference between Passport, Weekend Pass and Individual Ticket?

A Passport is a ticket that grants you access to the Festival's core programs.

A Weekend Pass is a ticket that grants you access to both nights of Nocturne 360.

An Individual Ticket only grants you access to the particular program or event to which it belongs, for example: A/Visions 1, A/Visions 2 and Nocturne 360 ​​per day.

How many A/Visions 1 shows are there and which one can I attend?

A/Visions 1 is our only event with multiple showings open to the public. Check out the showings in our Program section.

Unfortunately, if you purchased a ticket for a particular day, we cannot make changes or refunds if the wrong showings were chosen.

Can the ticket be exchanged or returned if I cannot attend?

Due to our company policy, we do not make changes or refunds of tickets. In any case, we have something for you: give your ticket to a friend or family member and let them enjoy the Festival in your place.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact Fever for additional help. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

In the case of a Ticketmaster ticket, print it or take it digitally, but make sure that only the person to whom you give your ticket has it.

Is my ticket valid for another day?

Tickets are purchased for a specific time slot. The time that appears on the ticket is an ORIENTATIVE TIME in order to optimize access to the event and organize the influx of public.

We cannot guarantee access to the event outside the hours indicated on the ticket when the capacity of the subsequent sessions is full. The ticket is NOT valid for another day.

Can I make a group reservation?

If you wish to make a reservation for a group of more than 10 people, please contact the Ticket Office on WhatsApp: +52-33-3952-7449.

Can I request a refund or change on my ticket if I cannot attend?

Subject to availability, date or schedule changes, you can contact us indicating the ID of your ticket for more information. We do not offer returns at the moment. For more information you can consult our T&C.

What are the COVID safety measures?

The experience complies with the regulations in force in the Republic for the management of COVID-19.

Is there accessibility for people with disabilities?

All enclosures are accessible to people with reduced mobility, wheelchairs and strollers.

What are the age requirements?

A/Visions 1 programs, and in general our open-access programs, allow children to enter in the company of an adult.

A/Visions 2 and Nocturne 360 ​​are activities only for adults with official ID.

Is there parking availability?

Each location has its own spaces and is independent from the management of MUTEK MX. We suggest you check with each location to see the availability of parking for cars, bicycles and/or e-mobility vehicles.
