As Grand River, Italian-Dutch composer and audio designer Aimée Portioli creates experimental electronic music with deep emotional tonalities and complex rhythms. Her sound draws from minimalism and ambient, to expand through the use of a wide range of acoustic sounds, voice and piano, the instrument from which a large part of her compositions derive. All Above is preceded by Blink a few times to clear your eyes (Editions Mego, 2020) and Pineapple (Spazio Disponible, 2018), as well as numerous EPs, singles and a prolific facet in 4D audio installations presented at international galleries and festivals.
