Hidden Edges is the new creative collective founded by Myriam Bleau and Lucas Paris, two of the most active experimental/transdisciplinary artists on the Montreal circuit. With this instance, Myriam and Lucas -two artists who are often seen on stage- explore the installation format. Chasing Waterfalls is the piece with which they debut, as part of Nocturne 360.
In recent years, Myriam Bleau has taken the stage at numerous global festivals with installations and performances that, although based on a deep dialogue with technology, are deployed through a powerful face-to-face energy. For his part, Lucas Paris creates digital instruments and software that he puts at the service of volatile techno sounds. With Hidden Edges, the duo explores the more abstract edges of their personal aesthetics, through the deep technical support of their joint experience designing and creating software and machines.
