Digi Lab: MUTEK MX Edition 18
Digi Lab, the MUTEK MX day program, is a platform for the exchange and generation of knowledge around digital art and sound that, for Edition 18, arrives in a hybrid format and with activities that extend to different locations in Ciudad de Mexico.
With workshops, conferences and creative meetings, the Digi Lab agenda traces a circuit through some of the spaces where the visual and sound vanguard of the city is cultivated. These activities are carried out with the invaluable support of institutions such as Secretaria de Cultura, IFAL, Centro Cultural España, Embajada de Canadá en México, Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, SAE Institute and Universidad de la Comunicación.
Once again, the educational programming of the Festival is nourished thanks to the unconditional support of institutions such as the SAE Institute and Universidad de la Comunicación, two higher education centers that, edition after edition, have cultivated a collaborative relationship with MUTEK based on promoting each of our meetings from its spaces and the generation of professional proposals that enrich the axes in which we intervene. These collaborations are aimed at celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Festival in 2024 and reaffirm its commitment to generating awareness and learning around music, technological advances and digital art.
Each of these activities are added to the MUTEK MX programming to amplify the meeting spaces between artists and audiences during the most important digital art week of the year. The schedules, access dynamics and operation are the responsibility of each collaborator independently of the Festival organization. It is not necessary to have MUTEK MX tickets to attend.
