Lyo XSMX
Lyo XS is a Mexican artist, designer, music producer, DJ and teacher of electronic music. She originates from Ecatepec, State of Mexico, she currently resides in CDMX.
In 2015 she started her electronic and experimental music project OLY (currently Lyo XS), collaborating with the Latin American label NAAFI, currently within the Berlin label Transatlantic Earth.
Lyo XS has had presentations at international events and festivals, including EDC, Mutek, Ceremonia, NRMAL, Boiler Room, among others. The style of the set and her productions are usually difficult to catalog since she has a wide repertoire of styles such as ghettoclub, hardrum, reggeton and jungle Breaks.
She has also participated in audiovisual and contemporary art exhibitions, including the sound of pictorial works from the Tamayo Museum collection and experimental music and VR presentations at the National Center for the Arts.
