Gastronomic Route MUTEK MX Edition 20 x DEFENDER

Ruta

Through the Gastronomic Route circuit, MUTEK MX seeks to generate connection and community between the national and international artists, agents and guests of the festival, from the most iconic gastronomic and leisure spaces in Mexico City.

These are the allied projects that, from Monday, October 7 to Sunday, October 20, will be part of the extended festival program from the culinary front:

Italian groceries and pasta workshop, where the tradition and creativity of that region merge to offer unique products and experiences. It offers workshops with chef Matteo Zega, to learn the art of paste and create, from beginning to end, something truly delicious.
