MUTEK MX first edition back in November 2003, is remembered by, maybe, a hundred people. They were two atypical days for Mexico City, in which music, sound and new technologies took over museums and iconic spots downtown, from mouth to mouth known artists to pre-social media cult legends and experimentalists from the Mexican underground.

20 years later, that micro-festival is now a space of inspiration and amazement for thousands of attendees, a meeting point for creative expansion to hundreds of artists and a unique event for dozens of locations in Mexico City.

These are the news with which we kick off MUTEK Mexico Edition 20:

→ MUTEK MX expands: Edition 20 will take place from October 7 to 20 in different locations in Mexico City that will soon be announced.

→ New program: A/Visions 1+, an exhibition dedicated to immersive pieces.

→ Nocturne 360 will have two consecutive days: Nocturne 360 1 on Friday, October 18 and Nocturne 360 2, on Saturday, October 19.

What does the Early Bird ticket include?

Like the Passport, this ticket includes access to:

→ A/Visions 1+, the festival's new program of immersive exhibitions. Select a function between October 7 and 31.

→ A/Visions 2 (Thursday, October 17), dedicated to multidisciplinary audiovisual concerts.

→ Nocturne 360 1 (Friday, October 18) and Nocturne 360 2 (Saturday October 19) the most intense and diverse MUTEK MX program. Lives, installations, immersive experiences, audiovisual collaborations and multidisciplinary avant-garde.

What does the Early Bird ticket NOT include?

This ticket, like the Passport:

→ DOES NOT include access to MUTEK PRO Digi Lab activities, Gastronomic Route or any other activity carried out directly by MUTEK MX or its collaborators.

What is the difference between Early Bird and Passport?
