From the most atypical geographical points of England, Seamus Rawles Malliagh aka Iglooghost alchemizes all kinds of digital resources into captivating transmedia worlds, in an ultra-fresh and personal approach to sci-fi and video game lore. His albums are experienced more like ecosystems with their own cosmogony: waves of glitch-pop, drill & bass, trap, trip hop, IDM and a mind-blowing audio design are transformed into meta-narratives that are completed in our minds when listening.
MUTEK will be hosting a live performance by Iglooghost, a UK-based artist who creates music, artworks and puzzles that gravitate around a fictional ecosystem of strange entities and tiny gods. Each of Iglooghost's releases expands this universe through multimedia content.
